Q1: What is the Warranty for the power supply ? A1: For the adapter,we have 1 year warranty,Any quality problem happened in this
period of time for our reason,we will send the
replacement parts in next order.

Q2: How soon can I get samples for test to check quality?
A2: After price confirm,for our normal products(not customized products),we can send samples for you in 1-2 days. And our samples
usually not for free,After large order placed samples costs can be refundable.

Q3: Can you accept OEM&ODM service business?
A3: yes,we can. We can customized the products,labels,package as your demands.

Q4: If we want the adapter be other colors,can you make that for me?
A4: yes,we can.we have different color for choose.

Q5: What’s your payment terms?
A5:Standard terms: T/T in advance. Large amount: L/C at sight. Small amount like sample fees: Paypal and Western Union. 
Q6: What about delivery time?A6: Within 5 days For the sample order,and 3-15 days for bulk order.

Q7: How do you usually ship the goods?
A7: For small order,by express.For large order,If you need urgently,by air,and also can by sea,but take much time.But we promise
to find the most economic and safe way to delivery the goods for you.
